Welcome to 2Auth - Private Key. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this agreement. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Subscriptions

2Auth - Private Key offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock access to premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.

We reserve the right to modify the pricing and features of our subscriptions at any time, with notice provided through the App Store or within the app itself.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the app solely for personal and lawful purposes. Misuse, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering of the application is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

3. Refunds and Consumption Reporting

If a refund request is submitted for an in-app purchase, we reserve the right to share non-personal, usage-related information with Apple to support refund evaluation. This may include anonymous identifiers, general app usage duration, cumulative purchase amounts, and total refunds processed. This information is used solely to assess refund eligibility and is never shared with third parties outside the refund process.

4. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide a reliable and secure service, but we make no guarantees regarding availability or performance. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches, or third-party service interruptions.
